Helene Weinraub
Helene Weinraub, a founder of W2 Health, has over 25 years of experience in executive and operational roles in the aging and Medicare markets. Having successfully led Medicare Advantage Organizations, she brings real life understanding to problem solving consulting.

As a recognized leader in Medicare Advantage and government business, she specializes in strategic planning, business development, start up ventures, and marketing communications. Consulting to national and regional players, Helene has assisted clients in strategic positioning, geographic expansion, new product development as well as giving new breadth to established products. As Senior Vice President of the successful Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage business, she led the company's overall Medicare strategy resulting in a seven fold increase of the Medicare line of business.

As a consultant, Helene has helped several Special Needs Plans with strategic positioning, marketing and integrated care models, led new market expansions for a national Medicare Advantage Organization, worked with a regional carrier on an employer group Private Fee for Service (PFFS) plan strategy and implementation, built provider networks for PPO expansion, evaluated outsourcing options for a large commercial plan entering the MA market, helped Medicaid Plans strategic positioning, conducted several operational assessments, and developed a strategic framework for a reinsurance company considering entry into the Medicare Advantage market. Helene has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Michigan and Bachelors degree, also from the University of Michigan.
